while the weather is troublesome, as it has been in new england for the last two weeks, two van problems�suddenly appeared� while downeast(lamoine/ellsworth area)

passenger side brake and directional lights do not work, but the running light is fine and dandy.� bulb ok
�
horn is not working.�� checked fuses, and found all to be intact.� is there a commonality between the horn and the brake light? anything to suggest i check�on?
