Subject: Dashboard fan in 86 syncro vibrating badly...

It seems my dashboard fan is loose, it's making a horrendous sound when I turn it on and it's not blowing at all. Any recommendations on how to get to it? Any detailed sites on how to? Wondering if it's just loose or broken.
