Thanks all for the tips so far on how to change it out. Ben's place has the best directions so far I've found.

is it possible my blower motor is fine since it does turn on and vibrates horribly, is it possible it came loose? I'm going to wait till I've got everything apart to order parts.

Is there an oem fan out there?
