ah ha..........I missed that it's an 84 Wolfy passenger van. I'm not sure I've ever seen one. Wolfy Westy, in 84 (first year of that maybe ) ...several of those. I see.......the only wooden base ones I have seen are in westy's . Didn't know there was a wooden base 3 across seat. Changes the whole picture. I DO like the storage that's under the wooden base rear seats ........like the 2 person one in westy's. A 3 person one in a passenger van .......sounds nice ! no westy's or vanagons with wooden base seats here right now ....... still wondering about 'hinge straps' ............don't remember anything like that in a westy rear wooden base seat . thanks for the note ! scott ----- Original Message ----- From: "mark drillock" <mdrillock@cox.net> To: "Scott Daniel - Turbovans" <scottdaniel@turbovans.com> Cc: <vanagon@GERRY.VANAGON.COM> Sent: Friday, July 03, 2009 12:37 PM Subject: Re: Seat/Bed Swap > He said he had an 84 Wolfy passenger van, a unique model and rare.
