Tighten the clamp!  No more problem.  Couple minutes to do it, 15
minutes of taking the door apart and putting back together (if you
know that the cover of the window crank pulls off and reveals the
screw, the little cup inside the door handle lifts out revealing the
screw, the end covers on the grab handle open up revealing two screws
each end...
