Years ago, I bought 2 LED Flashers for the back of my road bike. REI I believe. One red & one white I now use them for my bus. I store them next to the 3 Reflective road Triangles on the shelf behind the rear hatch. I paid less than 10 bucks a piece for them as I recall (1990 :o) they stand on an angle mount I built for them out of SS that I used to mount them on my bike with. And, Seriously you can see them for miles! JC... PS: 2 AA batteries (not included :o) (got the triangles, brand new in the box, out of a Van at the pick & pull :o) On Wed, Aug 5, 2009 at 7:33 AM, David Beierl <dbeierl@attglobal.net> wrote: > At 09:31 AM 7/31/2009, Paul Guzyk wrote: > >> This looks pretty neat, especially if your Vanagon breaks down / >> flat tire at night... >> >> http://tinyurl.com/n5xhbt >> > > By the time you've gotten three of them you're getting up to the > price of this kit of folding road triangles available from NAPA for > ~$30.
