No, electronic actuators have been disconnected for almost 1 yr. (will buy the Swiss set mentioned on this list before too long). I?used to have to have to follow this procedure when the electronics were connected. I've been told by another list member that a rod may have slipped loose from the mechanism. I'll check and get back to everyone on my lunch break. Thanks ? David Did the hatch problem appear right after you unhooked the front door mechanism? If so, that is likely related to your problem. The rear hatch central locking mechanism locks/unlocks with signals from the front door units. And you tried the hatch with central locking manual over-ride method? (turn the hatch key far far right, about 2 o'clock then press hatch button with key in?) ---------- Original Message ---------------------------------- From: David Clarkson <Dvdclarksn@AOL.COM> Reply-To: Dvdclarksn@AOL.COM Date: Thu, 6 Aug 2009 00:53:48 EDT >I forgot to mention that I have disconnected the power door locks at the >drivers door lock actuator due to other electrical issues so everything is in > manual override mode.
