what a shame.   i guess it has "CLUNKER" written across the windshield now,
and must be scrapped.

the sad thing is that vehicles elegible for this program must be 25 yrs old
or LESS...so this idiot just scraped by by ONE YEAR..

im sure many more '86-'91 vanagons will meet this fate as well - especially
in california.
at least vehicles that are older than 25 yrs are NOT elegible, so they are
"protected" LOL
