I need to install a front license plate to my 1984 van where there has never been one. Bentley does not address this. I looked at a few online photos of CA Vanagons and it looks like the front plate is attached to the bumper but it unclear how. Is there a special bracket for this? Do I have to drill holes into my bumper ? :-( Melissa Mourkas 84 Westy Sacramento, CA
