Yesterday I saw a white Westy going west on Smith St.  Didn't catch
the year as I was watching both traffic and the stickers covering the
van, including a big bright JEFF on the front and something
approximating WhatWouldJeffDo.com on the side.  Looks like a
voyageur...  I didn't get the URL quite right, as the one I thought
comes back to of all things a dog trainer with a radio show on dog
training.  And someone named Jeff wrote a book called _What Would
Google Do_ which simply confuses the issue.

Anyone have any more info on Jeff and his circumambulations?
