On my '85, it's in the relay block above the fuse panel.  It's the
longer one that buzzes when the key's in the ignition and the door opens :o)

I didn't see the buzzer itself in Bentley, but I found the feed from the
ignition.  Interestingly, mine never buzzes for the seat belts.  Maybe a
PO disabled that, but didn't care about the key alarm.
