Will Yakima 1A gutter mounts with the tall extensions fit over a Westy top while clamped to the gutter?  I do not need to pop the top but do need to move two Necky Tofino tandem kayaks this weekend and am not near my racks to try them on the van.  Nor do I need or wish to install brackets on the top just for this weekend.
