We certainly do, salt vs nonsalt at the very least.  These days
driving around Providence I see one every few months.  I just took a
600-mi round trip into Maine and a 1500 mile one into southeastern
Ohio, and saw zero vanagons and zero buses.

But they were always expensive and never a popular vehicle in
market-percentage terms.  Remember how VW kept changing their mind
about bringing in the T4s?
