Subject:[NVC] Beefier Scrunchies?

"Scrunchies" are those small circular elastic bungees that are commonly
used to hold long hair back in ponytails. They are available in the hair
care department of just about any drug store or Walmart-like store. Come
in cheerful colors for just about any occasion.

To bundle together the optional support poles for my Shady Boy awning*
I've been using scrunchies, but they are kind of wimpy for the job and
before you know it, the the bounce has gone out of the bungee.

I'd like to find a more substantial way keep these slippery, heavy,
fiberglass poles bundled. I reckon it's about 9 to 12 inches around the
bundle, the circumference. Are there industrial-grade UV-resistant,
no-break-when-frozen scrunchies? Stretchy-strong o-rings I think I'm
looking for. In easy-to-find florescent yellow or red.

Something nice. Not too expensive.
