not only is it stealing a picture, it's showing a picture, supposedly, one assumes, of the engine that's in the van, when in fact it is not. That's cheating...........fraudulent, etc. The person's whose engine and picture it really is, could sure send a cease and desist letter/response to the ad. Not to mention the site or group that's supporting the posting of the ad. or...." Hey, it's fine, go ahead, use my picture, I'll just take $ 500 royalties on my picture when you sell the van." ----- Original Message ----- From: "Bob Stevens" <mtbiker62@GMAIL.COM> To: <vanagon@GERRY.VANAGON.COM> Sent: Wednesday, September 09, 2009 7:44 PM Subject: Re: FS: Vanagon w/2.5L Subaru - Nashville > Ben,I looked over your sight and didn't find any property wrights > statement > on it. > You have such a thorough "library" of information there it might be a good > idea to make a clear statement on your home page, > indicating that it is not OK to take anything from your site WITHOUT > PERMISSION, and with legal consequences if discovered. > > bob > > On Wed, Sep 9, 2009 at 8:21 PM, Benny boy <huotb@videotron.ca> wrote: > >> He stole my picture: >> Original: >> http://www.benplace.com/85rouge/subi_vw2.jpg >> >> Grrrrrr.... >> >> Ben >> >> >>
