Just get some silicone or gasket glue for the pan, and make sure the gasket is on straight, or you might be adding tranny oil and cleaning leaks all the time (just like I was). The filter is a remove and replace deal, nothing hard at all. To remove the filling tube you need a 24mm open wrench, and do not overtighten the pan bolts. I replaces mine with Allen head bolts, easier for me to work with while lying on my back. have fun.
