Go to the archives and type in ups. There is a brokerage rate chart there
and shipments under $20 have no brokerage fee. Perhaps you can claim $19 or
send it as a gift. Usps works best for me, but you dont really get a
tracking number. Send it as a gift to your 500 best buddies in Canada.
