I live in Vancouver and ship to a place in Point Roberts (WA), that acceptsand
hold's parcels and mail.
They notify me when it is in and I go and pick it up.
The UPS service is excellent.
I declare it at border and it is at their discretion wether I pay PST and
GST on item.
Most of the time they wave me through.
Last time it was 200 dollars so they had me pay the taxes.
