My Westy has classic tags, but I don't recall if I am getting 3 years for
$50.  I just brought it into the state in January, and Registered it in
February or March.  That initial registration required an inspection which
does not include smog because of age, not classic status.  The initial
registration fee is somewhat hefty if I recall.
