Sort of .... I have a Golf GTI wheel that was machined out so it fits onto
the vanagon shaft perfectly.I don't think they normally have the same size
and bevel as the vanagon shaft.
It sits on in such a way that it reduces your view of the tops of the speedo
and tach and all of the
emergency lights at the top of the cluster. That's due to the smaller
diameter of the wheel.
