RE: Junk mail
First, don't bother to click on the 'unsubscribe' link unless the email is
from someone you normally do business with, it won't work and will just
confirm that your address is a good email address.
Second, you are using Gmail.  For stuff that gets through to your inbox, if
you wan't no more email from that sender, select the email and then the
'Report Spam' button.  Further email from that address should go to the SPAM
box.
