Yeah, 191 955 531 is the old fixed delay 19. From my notes when I was digging for a 99 a couple years ago, it seems that the 99 relay comes under the following part numbers: 357 955 531 (original VW 99 relay) 3B0 955 531 (later model VW 99) -- John Bange '90 Vanagon - "Lastwagen" '90 Vanagon GL - "Wiesel"
