Bite the bullet and mortgage the house. These dad-gum things are
expensive no matter when you get them You might find a tiny bit of
difference between list vendors, but not enough to really be
significant.  Also - it's my view that used ones are a waste of good
money. Buy the rebuilt one from one of our list vendors.
