The longer the van is driven, the worse the problem gets.  Boiling was first
suspected by my mechanic.  That is when we found that the fluid was somewhat
dirty so he bled out the entire system.  It worked and then failed again
with the same squirting feeling (like fluid squirting past a seal somewhere)
but there still was no fluid loss visible and the level was still at the MAX
line.
