Well, 5200 pennies, but good luck.

On eBay, the lowest priced _completed_ listing for an "RV furnace" is
28,001 pennies (plus shipping). But, that one wouldn't fit in the space
shown for a Vanagon (more like 30,000 pennies plus shipping). Lower
priced sales are for manuals, or parts.

New can be had for a bit more than 40,000 pennies.

All of the above is more than what I'd consider "pennies."
