We are drifting away from original question, but hey its Friday and the last day for me at my job ;) On Thu, Oct 29, 2009 at 4:18 AM, Rocket J Squirrel <camping.elliott@gmail.com> wrote: > On 10/28/2009 5:03 PM Mike S wrote: > >> At 06:58 PM 10/28/2009, Janne Ruohomki wrote... >>> >>> Well, I already have 2 lines of fibre optics going from front to rear >> >> Why? But yes it is way cooler, TP and copper are so last year ;) And my engine already can take huge EMP without damage, other than maybe the coils in started motor in extreme cases. Now only if I got my hands on those optical CPUs somehow.. When Teh day comes I will pass Your vans, which the EMP has immobilized, with a great tan in my face and huge add in my vans rear end: "Get Yourselves free intternjet here!". But really, I use those during winter also and is can get very cold and snowy here. Salt is of cource everywhere also. I have so far used grease of somekind with RJ45s and USB connectors (the ones that are fixed to my van). Kinda funny when I fix network stuff in my van my hands are as greasy as after working with the engine. I used to think network stuff was kinda clean job ;)
