Pull eight bolts using two 13mm wrenches and remove the front to rear driveline and you will be fine. You can also take the tire to someone and have them replace the stem. For those in dire situations with a few tools, a valve stem, and some resourcefulness you can fix it yourself. It is possible to break the bead of the tire onsite and replace the valve stem without removing the tire from the rim provided you have a new stem and source of air or some starter fluid and a match. Not for the faint of heart but can be done.
