RE: Installing adjustable regulator
Strange you should report that it didn't work, I had the identical
experience on my stock Bosch alternator when I tried to install the
adjustable a few months back.  Since I was heading out on a log trip a
couple of days later I put the stock regulator back in and haven't messed
with it since.
