Thanks for posting the link. I don't have ETKA on my computer, and while the
link may not be local to US markets, it's better than nothing and is another
handy reference. Combine that with a Bentley, the expertise of most of the
vendors, and a bit of common sense, and a vanagon owner can go a long way
towards figuring things out.
