My question:

Are the auto trannies in 1986 thru 1991 the same or at least
interchangeable between these years? What differences might there be.

I have a dead '91 auto tranny and have an opportunity for an operational
'87 auto tranny. Just need to know if a swap from an 87 to a 91 would work.
