I got a fax letter from S&S Headers today.  After 41 years in business,
the current down turn has put them underwater to the point where they
are going out of business.  This sad because they are a family owned and
run business, and they have been part of the VW community for a long,
long time.  Specifically it is sad for us Vanagon owners because now we
have one less option for our exhaust system needs.  I just wanted to let
the list to know.  If someone is interested in buying them out, they are
open to offers.  Another US owned and run company bites the dust.  It is
a sad day.
