1. For the collector Plate check if there are any restrictions both with the
insurance and the DMV on driving times distance ect. Good to save money but
not so good if there are restriction's
2. For CAA in Quebec we have CAA Plus and the restrictions are that it has
to be under 3000 kilo to be on a reg. policy Check with them to see if the
same
