Big chill tonight in Alabam! Temps going down to "0" C - Zero C - 32 F -
FREEZING!  And we are to have snow beginning about 3 am. But typical
here in the Southland - it will prol'ly be gone by noon.

It can get cold in the Deep South. I have seen deep snow here, and "0"F
a couple of times.
