my uncle had his bmw bike stolen like 8 yrs ago,  he was paid off, by the
ins co.  they later found the bike and sold it to a salvage co..  it was
still in decent shape..he wanted it back....but  they told my uncle that it was
not legally his anymore..

i think it should go to the german dude who paid $20 grand for it..
