While warming up Starwagen before heading into the Emmisions Test Station I
was passed by a nice looking white Syncro non-Westy heading north on I-5, an
unusual sight around here?  And Starwagen ('90 Westy w/150k miles, original
engine) passed emissions with very good numbers, at least according to the
attendant that ran the test.  So off to pay the ridiculous high fees for new
tabs....
