We just had our first significant snow this year and the first since I had LSD installed in my 2wd by Daryl at AA Trans. I've been putting it to the test and I'm very impressed. I have a 4wd work truck but usually only need to use that option for the last 100 feet to my house. Steep driveway. I arrived home late the other night with 6 + inches of crusty snow and drove up in my van without chains. YES!! The county roads have been icy and I'm noticing an improvement in the vans handling in those conditions too. I think I saw a thread recently about getting stuck in mud. Well this is the cure. It's no Syncro but it gives me an honest two wheel drive. Thanks Daryl. Doug E.
