We're driving around in the Eastern WA fog and I noticed that  my Driver's side low beam is off when driving with low beams, but works fine when the high beams are turned on. Is there a simple explanation for this? I'll be checking fuses, etc in the morning, but thought that someone might have a quick explanation.
