The bulb has two filaments, one for high and one for low beams. There are also separate fuses for each. Yes, there are four fuses for the headlights. Most likely you just need a bulb. We're driving around in the Eastern WA fog and I noticed that my Driver's side low beam is off when driving with low beams, but works fine when the high beams are turned on. Is there a simple explanation for this? I'll be checking fuses, etc in the morning, but thought that someone might have a quick explanation. Thanks! Aaron
