I have had a 25% failure rate with brand new blue caps over the years.
I now only use the black ones.
Don't know the difference, other than they seem to be better quality.

Pressure test with 15lbs. to sure it is working properly.

Subject: No coolant traffic

I can't see any movement of the coolant from the reservoir tank to the pressure tank.� I installed a new cap and still nothing.� The bleeder valve on the thermostat is closed.
What gives?� Anyone?
