At last recollection there was a restored 54 Barndoor Panel Van in the collection that use to belong to my close buddy Cliff in North Hollywood. He'd had it for a number of years, drove it a lot, then Joe Crockett in Santa Barbara bought and fully restored it and sold it to Ford a number of years back for the museum. I think they had/have a 50s era Beetle in there as well. However, in these days of Big 3 cutbacks, a lot of museum vehicles have been auctioned off, so ya never know what's left back there. -- Jim Thompson 84 GL 1.9 "Gloria" 84 Westfalia 2.1 "Ole Putt" 72 411 Station Wagon "Pug" Full Timing Since March 1999 oldvolkshome@gmail.com http://www.oldvolkshome.com *********************************** On Mon, Dec 28, 2009 at 6:04 AM, George Wietor <wietorg@yahoo.com> wrote: > Any VWs in the Henry Ford Museum car collection?
