Pat, you maybe didn't notice that that vendor has only GBC-5 and
GBC-25 fuses.  Ten amps is no longer a standard GBC size (if it ever
was) and vendors are few and far between.  I did manage to find one
with ten minutes of following google links.  No joy until I used
["GBC-10" fuse] as the search term, and even then most of the links
were for laminating film.
