I've had my eye on this kit from Harbor Freight tools for a while:
http://www.harborfreight.com/cpi/ctaf/displayitem.taf?function=Search

if that link doesn't work, search for item 90599. I have a coupon
that makes it $159. It has the 45w of panels, a charge controller, 2
lights and some other features. Always question quality with their
stuff, but even for just the panels is a good price. check the web
for various people's experience with this item.
