   There are two identical connectors that can be inadvertently reversed
IF you had them both off at the same time. If memory serves me, one
goes to the idle position sensor and the other to a small device
located in line with the vent tube from the breather tower. The idle
position sensor carries a five volt signal, the other twelve volts.
