Craig, Vic Ahmed went out of business the first time that I know of back
around 2000 and he has been doing so just about every year since.  It is
almost like the furniture store business.  Vic seems like a nice guy
over the phone however I have also heard some horror stories of folks
trying to deal with him in the past.  If you could go there and deal
with him face to face that would probably be the best way.
