Let me add some additional info on LED lighting.  Because of having had a
number of failures with LED replacement bulbs I'm kind of reluctant to
install any fixture that the 'bulb' can't be replaced.  I'm assuming that
there is a great deal of variation in the quality of the assembly of the
'bulbs' if not in the actual LEDs themselves.
