Try the various list vendors for the stove parts.
TheBusDepot, GoWesty, VanCafe and more.
I seem to remember someone way back finding replacement stove knobs off
the shelf in a good hardware store.
For the faucet, you might consider replacing it with a Shurflo as some
others have done.
