Hi Volks,

Can anyone confirm or deny if this hose will fit on the oil pressure
switch on my 1.9L engine? I have a matching VDO gauge and sender from a
1985 Cabriolet and this extension would let me mount the sender away from
the block.

The reason I am asking is that I saw a small blip from the oil light
yesterday at lower-than-idle rpms a couple of times in traffic. The engine
runs consistently at the center of LED on the temp gauge and is properly
filled with fresh 20W50 and has a bosch filter on it. But maybe a new oil
pump would be better than parts from 2 of them blended together...
