Your statement below is Totally OFF the mark:

There has been ONE repeat ONE case were there is a unfixable leaking AT on a Zetec install and its most likely NOT the ZETEC causing it.

Jim/Bostig has gone way beyond to support this customer and your comment looks like a cheap shot at them; NOT COOL.
