Can anyone tell me what this type of connector is called?

I'd like to find a source for tis type of connector. I know they come in
more than one size but have been unable to find them except in one small
size at Radio Shack. Yet I see them associated with various products. And
if anyone has a source for these that would be appreciated also.
Thanks
