Hey Scott, go tirerack.com/tires by brand/Michelin/size/205/65/15Agilis/specs and you'll see all the tech info on the tire. 802 revs per mile in this case.
http://www.tirerack.com/tires/Spec.jsp?make=Michelin&model=Agilis&vehicleSearch=false&fromCompare1=yes&partnum=065TR5AGILIS51&tirePageLocQty=%26partnum%3D065TR5AGILIS51

I thought the 215/65/16's were pretty close, right?
It depends on the brand/model.
Stock 185R14 rolls around 800-810 revs per mile, depending on the
brand/model (Yoko Y356 is 808). The speedos are also marked, which is
an indication of what VW expected - the one I'm looking at is marked
805.
I use the Falken Ziex ZE-912 in 215/60R16 99H. They do 808 revs/mile.
